The Original Nantwich Gin

A bold, classic London dry gin | Juniper-led, floral and spice notes

Our signature Nantwich Gin is best served either over ice or mixed with original Fever Tree tonic in a G&T. For garnish, a slice of fresh grapefruit or a sprig of lemon thyme from the garden.

Nantwich Gin is the signature London dry gin from Cheshire Botanicals. The craft spirit was developed in honour of the town of Nantwich and its rich history and culture. Our North West hometown in Cheshire is filled with stories from the past, of which we drew our inspiration from.

Nantwich Gin is also a celebration of one of Nantwich’s most famous sons, John Gerard, who was a botanist and Royal herbalist in Tudor times. Gerard also wrote what became recognised as the book on plants in the 17th Century. Nantwich Gin's botanicals were chosen with Gerard's herbal garden in mind.

The key botanicals include the traditional "golden trio" of juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root, combined with delicate florals such as rose and lavender. Lemon thyme brings a citrus twist to the gin, complemented by punchy cardamom and a lingering finish of pink pepper corns.

The much-loved Nantwich Gin label was kindly designed by local artist Jiri Borsky, who fused an array of traditional Nantwich architecture into one. Please visit: www.borsky.com/ for more information.
